Just one. It counts as soon as the run starts: opening this page doesn't use it up.
What if I play again?
As much as you like: later runs are training and don't count for the leaderboard.

Every day has its own leaderboard, and its own set of questions.
Do I need an account to play?
No, you play without signing up. Signing in later lets you find your progress on all your devices.
